You will drive data integrity, forecasting improvements, and scalable solutions, while supervising a high-performing team and engaging vendors and stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance or finance technology.
• Experience supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of finance data, controls, and end-to-end planning.
• Experience managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization of finance technology solutions supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital/IT teams to align IBP tools with business strategy and governance.
• Oversee system design, configuration, testing, and deployment for IBP‑related finance applications and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, scenario modeling, and performance management.
• Ensure data integrity, controls, and compliance across IBP finance systems and reporting outputs.
• Lead and develop a team of finance technology professionals, providing coaching and performance management.
• Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure delivery against scope, timeline, and budget.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing and automating IBP finance processes.
