You will build and coach a high-performing team, manage vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement in IBP processes, data integrity, and controls across finance systems.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressive experience in finance, finance technology, or related business systems roles.
• Experience supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and forecasting processes.
• Strong understanding of finance data, controls, and end-to-end planning processes.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, delivery, and optimization of finance technology solutions for IBP.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to align IBP tools with business strategy.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing, and deployment of IBP-related apps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions for forecasting.
• Ensure data integrity, controls, and compliance across IBP systems.
• Lead and develop a team of finance technology professionals.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to meet scope, timeline, budget.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify and automate IBP processes.
