Boot Barn is seeking a Sr. Manager of HRIS to lead our HR technology systems and data strategy in Irvine, CA. This role focuses on optimizing HR platforms, governance, and workforce analytics to enable data-driven decision-making across compensation, time management, and compliance reporting.
You will lead a team of HRIS Analysts and Coordinators, partner with HR, Finance, and Operations, and drive system enhancements that align with our business goals and the West-inspired Partner culture.
