Job summary

Caleres Inc. in New York City, NY is seeking a Sr. Manager, HRBP to shape talent and people strategies across the business. You will lead talent and organizational design, partner with senior leaders, and develop leadership pipelines to meet current and future needs.

The role focuses on driving performance, employee relations, workforce planning, and data-driven decisions, while building a trusted advisory relationship and delivering initiatives that strengthen culture and business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting business leaders as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Experience partnering with leaders to drive talent strategies that support business objectives.
• Proven ability to navigate complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and solve problems effectively.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
