Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, GTM Engineering to shape and scale go-to-market systems across marketing and sales development. This remote role blends technical ownership with operational leadership to improve campaign creation, asset production, and pipeline quality.

You will partner with marketing operations, BDR leadership, and cross-functional teams to implement AI-enabled, secure, scalable processes and drive GTM excellence across regions.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, GTM Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape and scale the systems, workflows, and automation that support go-to-market execution across marketing and sales development. The position blends technical ownership with operational leadership, with a strong focus on improving campaign creation, asset production, prospecting efficiency, and pipeline quality. You will work closely with marketing operations, BDR leadership, and cross-functional partners to build AI-enabled processes that are secure, compliant, and built for scale.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,081 – $180,852 annually

Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven workflows for campaign creation and asset production
• Automate marketing work management to streamline campaign asset development
• Create reusable templates and playbooks for marketing teams
• Develop best-in-class use of the company's platform within a headless GTM architecture
• Implement BDR prospecting automation to enhance pipeline quality
• Manage the BDR technology stack and collaborate with BDR leadership
• Embed security and compliance into workflows and conduct technical experiments

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing operations or GTM systems engineering with complex system ownership
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Marketo
• Strong understanding of lead routing, scoring, and sales engagement processes
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows using platforms like Claude
• Proven ability to create content and campaign automation workflows
• B2B SaaS GTM experience across multiple regions or segments
• Experience managing or mentoring team members
