For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Field Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead a field engineering organization that partners closely with sales to advance complex technical evaluations, customer outcomes, and revenue growth. You will guide a team of Solutions Architects supporting enterprise software and data analytics engagements, while strengthening cross-functional collaboration across the business. The position also plays a key role in hiring, developing, and retaining top technical talent, ensuring the team remains current on the company’s technology stack and customer needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
