Ladders is seeking a VP Architecture - Data Management to join a leader in the Business Services space. The role shapes data management architecture and guides delivery of strategic solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.

The position partners with clients and cross-functional teams to strengthen data capabilities, support revenue growth, and advance consulting engagements in a fast-moving environment. Remote work for US-based candidates; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise data management experience.
• 10+ years of consulting experience preferred.
• 7+ years leading global teams.
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of API constructs and ETL/ELT processes.

For our client, we are seeking a VP Architecture - Data Management to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leadership role will shape data management architecture and guide the delivery of strategic solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. The position will partner closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams to strengthen data capabilities, support revenue growth, and advance consulting engagements. It will also provide technical direction, people leadership, and oversight of modern data platforms and integration approaches in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually
