Job description

The Sr. Manager, Systems Engineering (Electronics) is a key role responsible for Rheem’s controls system engineering development process and providing visionary leadership to our team of System Engineers developing innovative electronic control solutions. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future of Rheem’s Water Heating solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and manage the activities of our System Engineers, making a profound impact on Rheem’s product development and innovation.

This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Roswell, GA or Montgomery, AL (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
