Position: Sr. Manager - Performance & Retail Media

This role oversees paid media investment across Kraft Heinz retailer platforms, coordinating with external agency partners responsible for activation, optimization, reporting, testing, and channel analysis. The leader will drive eCommerce and omnichannel strategies, scaling best practices across platforms. The ideal candidate is influential, strategic, self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn and innovate in a rapidly evolving industry.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  1. Develop comprehensive retail media strategies across our brand portfolio and retail partners including Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, Target, etc., covering programmatic, display, paid search, social, and more.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer media groups and agency partners.
  3. Manage multimillion-dollar media investments, optimizing for sales, market share, share of shelf, and media efficiency metrics.
  4. Collaborate with eCommerce Sales, Omni Shopper Marketing, and Brand teams to craft integrated omnichannel campaigns that meet business objectives.
  5. Analyze campaign data, synthesize findings, and communicate insights and best practices regularly.
  6. Participate in quarterly business reviews, retailer media capability assessments, and industry POVs.
  7. Create test and learn innovation plans to continuously improve business outcomes.
  8. Define tactical learning agendas and support annual joint business planning.
  9. Innovate and develop forward-thinking strategies as media capabilities evolve.
  10. Develop playbooks and principles to influence strategy at scale and educate stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  1. Minimum of 5+ years in digital and performance marketing.
  2. Experience in retail (eCommerce preferred) and/or CPG industries.
  3. Proficiency in media strategy and buying across programmatic, paid search, OLV/OTT; retail media experience preferred.
  4. Ability to manage multiple partners and expectations effectively.
  5. Strong storytelling and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior leaders.
  6. Results-oriented with a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
Additional Information

The base salary range is $118,400 - $148,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
