Your Team:
This role is part of the Marketing team. You will collaborate closely with internal partners across Sales and Product to ensure alignment on campaign goals, lead management processes, and overall go-to-market strategy. You’ll become an expert in the company’s full funnel—understanding how prospects move through the buyer journey and where marketing can drive the most impact. While this is not a customer-facing role, you will indirectly support customer success by driving a qualified pipeline and delivering meaningful, measurable experiences through automated campaigns and digital touchpoints.
Your Role
This role is open to candidates with a range of experience and leadership capabilities, and the final title (Director or Senior Manager) will be based on qualifications and fit. We are looking for an exceptional Demand Gen marketing leader who is ready to use their experience, knowledge, and leadership skills to build, optimize, and scale impactful marketing automation and demand generation programs. You’ll develop and execute demand generation strategies that align with national and international data privacy and consent regulations, adapting tactics to match local legal frameworks, and identifying and implementing alternative lead generation methods in regions where direct outreach is restricted by opt-in requirements.
You’ll execute a calendar of activities that leverage the right content, to the right audiences at the right time, helping drive awareness, conversion, and long-term growth.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Seesaw. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Seesaw will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
The hiring range for this position is:
$130,000 - $160,000
This is an Exempt position.
