We’re partnering with a fast-moving startup that’s reinventing how security teams unlock value from their data. They need a Operations & Strategy Lead (a true high-agency operator) to ensure the company continues to innovate, accelerate execution, and seize strategic opportunities—all while working remotely alongside the founders.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Priority Projects – Own company-wide initiatives spanning internal ops, external partnerships, and special projects.
• Keep Teams on Track – Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables so everyone rows in the same direction.
• Support Leadership – Prep board materials, craft investor updates, and contribute to strategic planning.
• Boost Go-to-Market – Coordinate product launches, create collateral, and interface with prospects and partners.
• Unlock Leverage – Spot gaps in systems or processes, then design improvements that help the whole org move faster.
• Be the Utility Player – Comfortably jump between research, recruiting, deal support, or whatever’s most pressing.

• Organized & Strategic – Detail-oriented yet comfortable navigating ambiguity.

• Top-Tier Communicator – Clear, concise, and confident with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relationship Builder – At ease working with executives, partners, and vendors.
• Nice-to-Have – Startup or high-growth background, exposure to GTM/business development, and familiarity with tools like Asana, Coda, or Airtable.
