P.F. Chang’s is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead initiatives that grow digital sales and enhance the guest experience across web, app, and third-party platforms.
Digital Experience & Strategy
- Create seamless and revenue-driving digital experiences across all channels: web, app, and third party partners.
- Own key components of the digital roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, providing strategic recommendations on emerging capabilities to fuel growth and value creation.
- Manage relationships with all owned and third partner partners.
Ecommerce Growth & Optimization
- Drive profitable digital sales growth across all owned and 3P channels
- Lead performance across 3PD marketplaces and drive superior user experiences on PFChangs.com and the PF Chang’s App.
- Partner with the brand team to deliver traffic-driving, retail-supportive content across digital platforms.
- Develop an A/B testing roadmap to inform continuous experience optimization.
- Manage 3P promotional calendar including sponsored listing strategy.
- Ensure digital media provides the best customer experience for desired business outcome.
Digital Product Leadership
- Manage the web and app development backlog with a focus on prioritizing initiatives that drive business results.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders to enable the seamless launch of new features in market.
Customer Experience & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end digital journey mapping to identify and act on opportunities that improve consumer experience.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure shop-level execution aligns with digital experience goals, supported by clear materials and training.
- Oversee the innovative use of technology to enhance communication, brand reputation, brand experience and drive action in support of business objectives. Lead development of overall best-in-class online strategies and content management of all P.F. Chang’s digital assets (website, mobile apps, microsites, SEO, etc.) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Insights & Measurement
- Leverage customer data and KPIs to optimize digital journeys and drive business decisions.
- Develop and deliver clear, actionable insights and executive-level reporting to inform leadership and guide strategies.
- Understand and convey complex data, analytics, and insights in simple, easily understandable, and digestible formats that are tailored to various audiences ranging from Marketers to business leaders
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience (QSR, off-premise experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills
- Experience with digital product management and user experience optimization
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Flexible and resilient in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
Working Conditions:
- The work setting is currently a remote with occasional travel
