Your Impact

As a Sr. Manager, Customer and Product Success, you’ll be a catalyst for change and innovation by owning advisory experiences for decision-maker and executives. You'll orchestrate valuable customer interactions, uniting highly targeted audiences with compelling content in the ideal setting. Your impact will empower both high-value customers and Cisco’s senior product leaders, making their experience effortless and highly effective in driving top-line impact and product-customer success.

Take full ownership of advisory engagements from conception to execution, ensuring all aspects align with Cisco’s business goals and those of networking and security decision-makers.

Work with product and product marketing teams to deliver relevant and impactful content that resonates with the audience, addressing key networking and security challenges and opportunities.

Identify and recruit the right audience, including customers executives and decision-makers, to foster productive discussions and move the needle for business outcomes for Cisco.

Design and implement seamless processes that make interactions effortless and valuable, enhancing the overall customer journey and satisfaction. Continuously gather insights from engagements to inform marketing and sales strategies and post-event follow-up that leads to new sales opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

8 + years of b2b growth or product marketing experience in cybersecurity, networking or related field, with a proven track record of managing high-stakes customer engagements.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver presentations to senior executives and facilitate productive dialogue across diverse teams.

Proven ability to work effectively across product, marketing, sales, and customer teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve common goals and drive successful engagements.

Strong Project Execution Skills: Unrelenting attention to detail, and a risk-mitigation mentality to get projects from concept to fully executed across many stakeholders.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills: Ability to use data to drive decision-making and articulate why decision-making processes

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cybersecurity or networking product marketing

Proficiency in excel, including ability to build report and manipulate data
