Job description

This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the US.

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Customer Renewal Manager to join our client-facing organization. This position is responsible for providing end-to-end renewal execution support. As a Customer Renewal Manager, you will work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance teams to plan, develop, implement, and execute all renewal activities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide end-to-end renewal execution support; maintain knowledge of commercial negotiation, product portfolio, and entitlement metrics; support transactional steps related to renewals and amendments.
  2. Leverage internal SailPoint networks to navigate cross-functionally and regionally.
  3. Possess knowledge of SailPoint Terms and Conditions.
  4. Be knowledgeable in commercial metrics and forecasting principles.
  5. Ensure data integrity of renewal opportunities by collaborating with Deal Desk, Contracts, and Sales to keep quoting, contracts, and subscriptions up to date.
  6. Provide management with regular status updates, summaries of complex issues, and visibility into forecasted attrition, escalating as needed.
  7. Manage renewals in North America and Latin America.
Required Skills/Experience:
  1. 3+ years in a customer-facing role with strong relationship and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  2. Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
  3. Experience managing SaaS subscription renewals is ideal.
  4. Experience managing Professional Services renewals is ideal.
  5. Proven track record in commercial negotiation, meeting or exceeding renewal revenue goals.
  6. Forecasting experience with accuracy.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a team and generate high-impact results measured by renewal bookings.
  8. Proficiency with multiple commercial software systems used at SailPoint.
  9. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to build relationships.
  10. Organizational and prioritization skills, process-oriented mindset.
  11. Highly organized with attention to detail.
  12. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Benefits and compensation vary based on employment location and nature. This role may be eligible for a bonus, commission, and equity participation. Salary ranges for US-based employees are estimated between $88,000 and $163,400, depending on experience and other factors. Salaries for other locations are competitive for the local market.
