The position of Senior Manager, Corporate Events & Hospitality is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of high-profile corporate events, premium hospitality programs, and partner experiences. You will provide team leadership and project management to deliver exceptional event experiences for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and on-site execution of major corporate events, including race-weekend hospitality, partner summits, executive experiences, and partner activations.
• Manage event logistics such as venue selection, hotel management, contract negotiations, vendor and guest management, F&B, transportation, credentialing, and creative production.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align event objectives with strategic priorities.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and external agencies in executing multi-day events and hospitality programs.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, production schedules, and post-event reports.
• Assist in event production management, including run of show, scripts, contractor negotiations, talent coordination, signage, and live production.
• Utilize guest management software for event creation, reporting, database management, and diagram development.
• Support scalable hospitality models for deployment across tracks and series.
• Travel approximately 35-40%, including weekends and short-notice trips.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise assigned staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and disciplinary actions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least six years of experience in sports or corporate events, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in relevant software and guest management applications; CMP certification or pursuit is a plus.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple events, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Passion for sports and events.
