ICON builds robotic systems for construction. The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting leads the high-volume close, manages AP, accruals, leases, fixed assets, payroll, and GL.
You will shape policies, controls, and the accounting department's budget, while guiding a growing team across multiple entities. Reporting to the VP, Corporate Controller, you’ll partner with People Operations, Procurement, and FP&A to ensure accurate, timely, and audit-ready financials.
ICON builds robotic systems that construct multi-story buildings. We commercially launched Titan , our robotic construction platform, in March 2026, and hold more than $360M in government contracts across the Army, Air Force, DARPA, and NASA. For the accounting function, that growth means more entities, more headcount, higher transaction volume, and government work that raises the bar on controls and auditability.
The Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting owns the recurring, high-volume operational close that turns ICON's daily activity into accurate, audit-ready financials. You lead the corporate accounting function across accounts payable and accruals, leases, fixed assets, payroll, and the general ledger, and you build, structure, and lead the team that runs these processes, including subordinate supervisors and senior professionals as the function scales.
Reporting to the VP, Corporate Controller, you establish the policies, procedures, and controls that scale with headcount and entity growth, own the corporate accounting department's budget and performance, and deliver books that are accurate, timely, and useful to management.

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
