About the Opportunity
As the Senior Manager, Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing compensation strategies across Dayforce. Partnering closely with senior HR leaders and functional groups, you will lead a high-performing team of compensation professionals who are integral to driving our compensation initiatives. You will take ownership of implementing and managing compensation programs, including incentive plans, with a focus on creating effective, competitive, and compliant compensation structures.
