Position OverviewThe Senior Manager, Compensation is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and administration of Vibrant’s compensation programs including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development and pay program administration utilizing in-depth market analysis to ensure competitive pay strategies aligned with business goals and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong management/stakeholder engagement and exceptional analytical skills to evaluate programs, optimize processes, and deliver a best-in-class employee experience.
