Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Learning & Development - Operations to lead the operational infrastructure across commercial learning programs.

This remote US-based role partners with training leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to schedule, govern, and scale programs with consistency. The successful candidate will enhance learning systems, reporting, and process discipline to improve training effectiveness across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years in project management, training operations, or commercial excellence in Life Sciences
• Experience implementing and governing learning systems in a commercial setting
• Proven success in establishing scalable infrastructure in biotech or specialty pharma
• Strong project management skills with a focus on operational frameworks

Responsabilités

• Own operations and governance for Commercial Learning & Development, establishing standards and processes
• Create and maintain training class schedules, coordinating logistics across therapeutic areas
• Support the implementation and improvement of the learning management system (LMS)
• Standardize training surveys and lead analytics to monitor performance
• Develop and oversee training calendars and project trackers for stakeholder alignment
• Assist Training Managers with scheduling and coordination for training delivery
• Provide hands-on support for training initiatives to ensure quality execution

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Commercial Learning & Development - Operations to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead the operational infrastructure that supports commercial learning and development across the organization. The position will partner closely with training leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are scheduled, governed, and executed with consistency and scale. The successful candidate will help strengthen learning systems, reporting, and process discipline to improve training effectiveness and alignment across therapeutic areas.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $147,000 - $197,000 annually
