onsemi seeks a proactive Sourcing Manager for Backend Sourcing, based in Scottsdale, AZ or San Jose, CA. You will lead strategic engagements with backend manufacturing partners and shape sourcing plans to align with product and manufacturing roadmaps.

Partner with Business Units, Package Engineering, Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to translate strategy into disciplined commercial and operational execution.

onsemi is seeking a highly driven and collaborative sourcing manager to join the Procurement organization as Manager, Backend Sourcing, based in Scottsdale, Arizona or San Jose, California. This role is responsible for managing strategic engagement with semiconductor assembly, test, packaging, substrate, and related backend manufacturing partners. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver market-competitive cost, supply assurance, quality, technology access, and alignment with onsemi’s product and manufacturing roadmaps. You will work closely with Business Units, Package Engineering, Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to translate strategy into disciplined commercial and operational execution.
