Job summary
onsemi is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage inbound/outbound shipments, inventory movements, and box truck deliveries. You will use Oracle EBS and Oracle WMS, operate forklifts and RF scanners, and maintain accurate shipment records.
The role requires adherence to safety standards and 5S warehouse practices, with a 15% night shift differential. Responsibilities include processing shipments, inventory transactions, and proper documentation using MS Office tools.
Qualifications
- Must be able to safely operate forklifts and box trucks.
- Experience using Oracle EBS and Oracle WMS for shipments and inventory is required.
- Ability to process domestic and international shipments.
- Maintain 5S warehouse standards and safety compliance.
- Strong documentation and data-entry accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against PO and packing slips.
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using Oracle EBS and Oracle WMS.
- Prepare and package materials for domestic and international shipments.
- Generate shipping docs including packing slips, bills of lading, and labels.
- Coordinate deliveries, carrier pickups, and freight shipments.
- Perform inventory transactions within Oracle EBS and Oracle WMS.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse tools to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist physical inventory activities.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain organized inventory locations and 5S standards.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other handling equipment.
- Load/unload trucks, stage materials for production and storage.
- Transport materials between departments and storage locations.
- Operate box trucks for local deliveries and pickups.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow driving policies.
- Maintain delivery records and documentation.
- Enter and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory data in Oracle EBS and WMS.
- Use Outlook, Excel and Word for daily operations.
- Communicate shipment status and inventory concerns to management.
- Follow all safety policies and maintain forklift certification.

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations. onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is$21.20/hr to $36.92/hr. Range exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
