Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Demand Management leads and senior specialists aligned to regional revenue pods.
  • Provide the teams with the context necessary to do their best work.
  • Align with other regional leads to define the strategic vision for demand management, translating regional sales approach into execution.
  • Direct end-to-end campaign and deal readiness; pacing and delivery using automation and AI solutions to drive efficiency, earlier issue detection, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as primary operational advisor to Sales and Account Management, translating data and system outputs into actionable business insights.
  • Build a culture championing automation-first approaches for scalable, tool-native thinking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Ad Ops Solutions, Product, and other teams to ensure seamless execution and rapid resolution of operational issues.
  • Triage and elevate complex technical problems to Ad Ops Solutions, maintaining proactive oversight.
  • Provide regular reporting and operational insights, supporting revenue growth through data-driven decision-making.
  • Optimize workflows for scalability, continuously enhancing processes for speed and clarity.
  • Anticipate and address evolving operational needs as the business scales, ensuring team readiness for future growth.

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, ad tech, or related roles across the programmatic ecosystem—including DSPs, SSPs, aggregators, resellers, and other supply and demand platforms.
  • 7+ years of people management experience, leading high‑performing teams in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
  • Demonstrated confidence in senior stakeholder communication, building credibility without excessive escalation.
  • Deep knowledge of campaign/deal lifecycle management—readiness, spend trends, performance monitoring across direct and programmatic channels.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media buying, inventory management, auction dynamics, and indirect demand nuances (deal desks, private marketplaces, always‑on programmatic).
  • Proven ability to leverage automation, genAI, and data analytics to drive operational efficiency and scale.
  • Excellent ability to surface operational insights, translating cross‑channel data into clear, actionable recommendations for revenue teams.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners—Sales, Account Management, Product, Ad Ops Solutions, and external technology or data vendors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill technical complexity into business clarity.
  • Forward‑thinking, adaptable mindset with a keen eye for industry trends, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range for this role is $280,000.00‑$450,000.00 per year. Netflix offers comprehensive benefits, including health plans, mental health support, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, stock option program, disability programs, health savings, flexible spending accounts, family‑forming benefits, and life and serious injury benefits. Paid leave includes 35 days annually for full‑time hourly employees, and flexible time off for full‑time salaried employees. The company does not provide bonuses; compensation can be allocated between salary and stock options.
