Job description

Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Currently, we are searching for a Senior Maintenance Technician to work at Wood Valley Apartments.

Duties:

• Possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry, and other general maintenance repairs.
• Prepare units for prospective residents by changing locks, installing blinds, touching up paint, repairing doors, etc.
• Remove items left in units and dispose of them properly.
• Walk vacant units to evaluate needed repairs.
• Maintain the property grounds by cleaning as needed.
• Assist the manager and maintenance supervisors and follow instructions.
• Be available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• HVAC certification is a plus.
• Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Successful background screening and drug test required.
