Job description

Sr. Maintenance Supervisor

Location: St. Louis, MO, US

The Senior Supervisor, Maintenance is a hands‑on leader responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of all site equipment and maintenance operations at the St. Louis TTH site. This role leads a team of maintenance technicians, drives preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, and partners with engineering and operations to optimize uptime, reduce costs, and enable safe, efficient production.

Your key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians; drive accountability and performance.
• Lead daily maintenance activities including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Partner with Maintenance Planner to prioritize work orders and optimize schedules. Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement to reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Track and manage KPIs such as uptime, PM completion, and backlog. Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.

You bring

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance, or related field preferred.
• 5–8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.
• Strong leadership and team development skills along with problem‑solving and root cause analysis capability.
• Ability to manage competing priorities; effective communication and collaboration skills; commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Compensation

Salary range: $100,000–$110,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
