Universal Logistics is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily fabrication, modification, and maintenance of material conveyances for warehouse operations in Mesa, AZ. You will guide a hands-on team, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements while coordinating with operations and customers.

The role requires 2+ years in fabrication or maintenance, strong mechanical skills, and good communication.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on fabrication or maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills; leadership preferred.
• AutoCAD, engineering, or industrial waterjet experience is a plus.
