We are looking for motivated leaders who enjoy developing employees, solving problems, and driving operational performance in a fast-paced environment.Available Shifts2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AMWhat You'll DoLead and develop a team of warehouse associates while creating a positive and accountable work environmentSupport day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, sequencing, and material flow activitiesCoach employees on safety, quality, productivity, and performance expectationsMonitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and customer servicePartner with management and support teams to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothlyEnsure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and customer standardsAssist with staffing, training, employee development, and workforce planningCommunicate effectively with employees, leadership, and customer representativesSupport continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve productivity, quality, and overall operational performanceWhat We're Looking ForPrevious leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, retail, military, or other fast-paced operational environmentsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to coach, motivate, and develop employeesStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quicklyProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systemsBachelor's or Associate's degree preferred but not requiredA strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to grow into larger leadership opportunities
