Job summary

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Mesa, AZ to lead the design, fabrication, modification, repair, and ongoing maintenance of material conveyances and related equipment supporting warehouse operations.

You will provide hands-on leadership, coordinate priorities with operations and customer requirements, and ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule while serving as a key communication link between technical teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on fabrication, maintenance, carpentry, or similar technical experience.
• Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of power tools and fabrication equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• AutoCAD, engineering, or industrial waterjet experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize daily conveyance fabrication, modification, and maintenance activities.
• Provide day-to-day direction and technical support to the team.
• Build, modify, and repair kits and conveyances based on customer requirements.
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment and fabrication issues as they arise.
• Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Communicate project status, concerns, and operational needs to facility leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain an organized, safe work environment.
