This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of an office in Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford, or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location at least three times a week.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in Azure, Databricks, and MLflow, as well as strong full-stack capabilities, including experience with React. As a Machine Learning Engineer supporting POD teams, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful development and delivery of machine learning and AI solutions. Your responsibilities include collaborating with product teams, applying your machine learning knowledge, and supporting frontend development with React.

What You'll Do

• Technical Support: Provide expertise to POD teams in developing machine learning and AI solutions using Azure, Databricks, and MLflow.

• Solution Architecture: Design scalable solutions aligned with best practices and business needs.

• Model Development Assistance: Help develop and optimize machine learning models, sharing best practices.

• Data Pipeline Support: Support data pipeline creation for ingestion, processing, and feature engineering.

• Model Deployment Assistance: Assist in deploying models into production, including monitoring and logging.

• Frontend Development Support: Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate machine learning features into React-based interfaces.

• Collaboration and Communication: Work with product teams, data scientists, and engineers to meet project goals.

• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document solutions and share knowledge with team members.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years in machine learning engineering, data science, or similar.

• Experience with Azure cloud services, especially Azure ML and Databricks.

• Familiarity with MLflow for model management.

• Strong proficiency in React and Python.

• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.

• Experience with Git and Docker is a plus.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Proactive problem solver with a desire to learn.
