Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Mathematics or Statistics with 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
  • Experience in data visualization, statistics, operations research, linear programming, forecasting, predictive modeling, relational databases, SQL, and cloud analytics platforms.
  • Experience in maintenance, reliability, or asset-intensive operations; AI-assisted analytics exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large historical datasets to support maintenance labor assumptions and performance metrics.
  • Incorporate automation and AI-enabled analytics to improve efficiency of maintenance analysis.
  • Build cost-benefit and scenario models for facility planning, capacity analysis, and network optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional collaborations to implement analytical changes in reporting tools and systems.
