CalPrivate Bank is seeking a Commercial Senior Loan Processor to join the Commercial Loan Processing – Credit Administration team in San Diego, CA. You will support underwriters and relationship managers to gather due diligence, prepare loan documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role requires 4+ years of direct commercial and real estate loan processing experience, including loan documentation, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Senior Processor is responsible for processing and closing all types of commercial loans in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This includes working with Relationship Managers/Account Officers and Underwriters to gather all due diligence information required for financial, collateral, credit analysis and loan approval. The Senior Processor is responsible for ensuring that loans are properly documented and that both supporting and contractual documentation complies with state and federal laws and protects the interest of the Bank and its customers.
Complete required documentation for new accounts including collection of required customer documentation, identification, and information as required by the Bank’s CIP program. This position includes direct interaction with customers and prospects and therefore includes responsibilities relating to BSA/AML. The employee is responsible for understanding and following the Bank’s BSA/AML policies including elevating suspicious activity to the BSA Officer. Additionally, the employee is required to understand and follow the Bank’s compliance program.
Must have 4+ years’ direct commercial and real estate loan processing experience with at least 2 years of loan documentation experience. Computer skills required include good working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
