PPL Corporation is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to independently manage learning systems, drive program improvements and align training with workforce needs. You will partner with business leaders, maintain dashboards, and optimize budgets for a smarter, more efficient learning environment.
Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in learning systems management or enterprise architecture, with knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms and digital content tools.

Responsible for independently working on learning systems, training delivery and program improvement activities. The role manages LMS enhancements, troubleshooting and integrations to support effective training operations. The role partners with business leaders to assess needs and translate skill gaps into targeted learning plans. The role coordinates delivery schedules, monitors performance and addresses risks. The role develops dashboards and reports that highlight effectiveness, trends and improvement areas. The role supports audits, budget awareness and updates that strengthen training quality and efficiency.
