Yellow Tree, a Minneapolis-based real estate development, construction, and property management firm, is seeking a multi-site Leasing Agent to manage leasing at several Class-A communities in St. Paul.

You will partner with our property management and marketing teams to craft leasing plans for your sites. The ideal candidate has a strong leasing background and comfort with technology to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leasing multi-family properties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; ability to learn PM software.
• Must have vehicle and ability to commute between locations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from potential residents via phone, email, and text and schedule tours.
• Conduct property tours to showcase available apartments and facilitate the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of all traffic, including e-leads, phone calls, and walk-ins, and enter data into Entrata daily.
• Educate potential residents on leasing advantages and prepare rental applications and leases.
• Ensure market-ready apartments meet quality standards and conduct regular walk-throughs.
• Stay informed on market trends and recommend strategic pricing to the corporate team.
• Develop outreach and employer relationships in the local community and maintain a customer-service attitude.

Yellow Tree, a Minneapolis-based real estate development, construction, and property management firm, is looking for a multi-site Leasing Agent to manage leasing operations at several Class-A, new construction market-rate communities in St. Paul. In this role, you will work with our property management and marketing teams to create strategic plans for leasing in your assigned communities.

Essential Functions

• Respond to inquiries from potential residents via phone, email, and text and schedule tours.
• Conduct property tours to showcase available apartments and facilitate the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of all traffic, including e-leads, phone calls, and walk-ins, and enter data into property management software (Entrata) daily.
• Educate potential residents on the advantages of leasing at the property, process rental applications, and prepare leases for future residents.
• Ensure that market-ready apartments meet the company's quality and quantity standards and conduct regular walk of model and market-ready apartments.
• Stay informed on market trends and recommend strategic pricing to the corporate team.
• Develop outreach and employer relationship-building efforts within the local community and maintain a positive and customer service-oriented attitude in all interactions with residents and potential residents.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years of experience leasing multi-family properties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the ability to learn property management applications.
• Knowledge of Entrata property management software is preferred.
• Access to a vehicle and the ability to commute between multiple locations is required.
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, solid organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills with proven experience in customer service.
• Ability to manage time effectively, demonstrate leadership skills, and solve problems as they arise.

*Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends or holidays as business needs require. The normal schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday but flexibility is available if you would prefer a different day off during the week.
