UKG is seeking a Compliance Learning Experience Designer to join its Corporate Risk and Compliance team. The team is dedicated to maintaining an efficient and effective compliance program, and a key part of its mission is delivering global compliance training and education. The position will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of compliance through the development and delivery of compelling, engaging, and creative content.
As a Compliance Learning Experience Designer III, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Risk & Compliance, you will manage, design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning programs and assets for our internal audience at both corporate and team levels. You will assess learning needs and create effective blended-learning experiences, including eLearning, videos, instructor-led sessions, and performance support resources. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on UKG’s culture and the professional growth of our U Krewers.

The pay range for this position is $70,100 to $100,800, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
