Are you a dynamic UX Developer with expertise at translating design into functional, reusable components? Our client is seeking a UX Developer with front-end prowess to fortify and evolve their design system. This role necessitates alignment with the buyer's journey and the core marketing behaviors, emphasizing values-oriented actions, problem-solving, client advocacy, and results-driven endeavors. This is a fully remote, 6-month contract position, with potential to extend.

Portfolio Note: In order to be considered, candidates must have 3+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on UX and design systems, and provide samples of recent work showcasing successful design system implementation.

You Will:

• Proactively manage, update, and refine our design system's components and patterns, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Convert design prototypes into reusable code components that integrate seamlessly with our design system
• Work alongside web strategy team, product engineering, and design teams to ensure the design system supports and elevates user experiences throughout our digital touchpoints
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the design system, aiding seamless collaboration between designers and developers
• Monitor emerging front-end technologies and UX trends, integrating them where relevant to enhance our design system
• Collaborate with the UX and product engineering teams, ensuring that implemented components match design guidelines and are optimized for performance

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in front-end development with a focus on UX and design systems including a submitted portfolio that showcases successful design system implementation
• Demonstrated experience in translating UX/UI design aesthetics and reactive components
• Collaborative mindset, with a history of working with design and product teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Logistics:

• Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP and working a 6 Month contract
• Hours/Week: 40 Hours/Week
