Northern Trust is seeking a Production Support Lead to back Wealth Management applications, collaborating with application development teams to implement solutions using agile practices and to manage production incidents. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid cloud technology experience in a financial services context.
Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years of production support or application development experience, with Java, databases, and DevOps exposure.

This role will support our Wealth Management business, product , operations, partners and clients . As a support lead you will collaborate with Application Development teams to implement business solution through agile practice and manage production issues. The ideal candidates will possess excellent leadership and communication skills coupled with a solid understanding of modern cloud technologies preferably in the financial sector. Critical incident may require weekend and/or after hours support.
$99,600 - 169,200 USD. Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
