Job summary

Solventum in Eagan is seeking a Sr. Laboratory Technician to support dental materials testing and analytical work.

You will assist senior scientists, learn techniques, fix equipment, and help develop new products in a collaborative, safety‑conscious environment.

This onsite role requires a high school diploma or higher and at least two years in a laboratory support setting, with some travel.

Your Skills And Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Degree or higher

AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 2 years experience in a laboratory support role

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in mechanical testing at a private, public, government or military environment
• Experience with test method development and material property data collection
