Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support senior laboratory scientists and engineers in R&D at our onsite facility in Eagan, Minnesota. You will assist in laboratory tests for dental materials, document observations, and work with equipment to generate data and prototype testing.

Travel involvement is minimal and relocation is not authorized. Ideal candidates have a high school degree or higher, strong mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience with equipment and computers.

Work Location

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $34,380 - $47,273, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
