Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our healthcare team in Eagan, Minnesota. You will support senior laboratory scientists and engineers in research and development, helping to advance dental materials and related technologies.

You will assist in laboratory tests and experiments, document observations and results, fabricate data-driven prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to deliver reliable data that informs product decisions.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or higher required.
• Good mechanical aptitude and hands-on equipment skills.
• Ability to operate computers and lab equipment.
• Experience with hands-on technical testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Degree or higher

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Good mechanical aptitude
• Hands-on skills with equipment and computers

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in hands-on technical testing in a private, public, government or military environment
• Collaborative communication skills
• Computer literate

Work location: Onsite at Eagan

Travel: May include up to 5%
