Base pay range

$102,300.00/yr - $193,000.00/yr

This Sr. Business Partner on our Labor Relations team will focus on advising, collaborating, and supporting retail leaders to ensure they can successfully lead in labor. They will be assigned to support a regional team in the U.S. as a change leader, supporting process adjustments, CBA implementation, cross-functional collaborations, and consultations across business units.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing Labor Relations expertise on operational projects and programs, and consulting on internal and external processes regarding Labor Relations.
  • Identifying risks through market assessments and providing recommendations to influence decisions, remove barriers, and support the partner promise.
  • Implementing Labor Relations strategies and insights.
  • Being an approachable resource supporting an authentic, safe, and collaborative environment.
  • Advising leaders and supporting partners with labor relations expertise, tools, and resources.
  • Collaborating with retail leaders to build their capabilities in implementing labor relations strategies using training and resources.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws including NLRA, Title VII, EEO, ADA, and FMLA.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve issues without established processes.
  • Professionalism, diplomacy, and effective communication skills tailored to the audience.
  • Proven success in creating, improving, and executing programs at scale.
  • Analytical skills for complex problem-solving and independent decision-making.
  • Experience in public speaking to large audiences.
  • Proficiency with databases, search engines, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and capable of significant domestic travel (50-75%).
