This Sr. Business Partner on our Labor Relations team will focus on advising, collaborating, and supporting retail leaders to ensure they can successfully lead in labor. They will be assigned to support a regional team in the U.S. as a change leader, supporting process adjustments, CBA implementation, cross-functional collaborations, and consultations across business units.
