Job Title: Sr, Java Dev

Location: Richmond, VA

Job Description

1. Enhance microservices, REST APIs, and Lambdas using Java/Spring Boot.
2. Develop, write automated unit tests, participate in end-to-end integration testing, performance testing, and maintain services.
3. Develop and support complex AWS infrastructure for application delivery.
4. Ensure a well-managed security posture across the organization by identifying and resolving application vulnerabilities and addressing the Enterprise Tech Backlog.
5. Provide team support and ensure timely feature delivery.
6. Collaborate with the team to storyboard features.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Strong Java coding skills with knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
2. Experience with backend microservices, REST API, and Lambda development.
3. Solid understanding of AWS services such as ECS/Fargate, Lambda, RDS.
4. Experience with managed banking pipelines is a plus.
5. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
6. Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk or New Relic.
7. Experience with Docker containerized applications.
8. Proven technical proficiency and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
