Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Sr. IT Systems Engineer to support WebSphere/Liberty/NodeJS/WebLogic environments in Jacksonville, FL on a 6-month hybrid engagement. You will contribute to WebSphere to CloudPak migration, handle Tomcat/NodeJS support, and support CMS 9/12 audits along with JSM tasks.

On-call duties may be required to ensure stability. The role requires strong troubleshooting, scripting, and experience with Jenkins, GitLab, and OpenShift.

Qualifications

• Extensive WebSphere/Liberty/WebLogic experience with migration work.
• Experience with CloudPak/OpenShift and NodeJS administration.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab and Tomcat environments.
• Ability to perform on-call support and audits (SOC2/OIG/CMS).
• Strong troubleshooting and scripting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, install, configure, administer, troubleshoot and maintain the listed web technologies.
• Support migration efforts from WebSphere to CloudPak/OpenShift ecosystems.
• Assist with CMS 9/12 Audit preparations and JSM submissions.
• Respond to on-call incidents and implement patches as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setup.

Description

Sr. IT Systems Engineer - WebSphere to Cloudpak migration, Tomcat/NodeJS Support with CMS 9/12 Audit + JSM support to provide technical support, troubleshoot problem and perform scripting/programming to ensure stable and efficient operation of technology solutions.

Essential functions

IT Sr. Systems Engineers are responsible for monitoring, installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of websphere/Liberty/nodeJS/WebLogic solutions. IT Systems Engineers provide technical support, troubleshoot problem and perform scripting etc. Experience in CloudPak/OpenShift platform devopts nodejs administration Jenkins, GIT lab etc is a plus. They should be conversant with websphere migrations along with Liberty, IHS, netscaler configurations. Tomcat servers experience and other opensource web servers experience is also required for this particular assignment. Experience in SOC2/ OIG/CMS auditing preparation, JSM submission, Vulnerability management and applying the patches for the Audit remediation etc is a must. They should be able to do coding in common languages in case of necessities for system's monitoring and other related functionalities.
