Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Sr. IT Systems Engineer to support WebSphere to CloudPak migrations and Tomcat/NodeJS environments. This contract role partners with GuideWell and Florida Blue, offering a hybrid work arrangement.

You will handle on-call duties, implement automation, and assist with CMS 9/12 audits and JSM support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in large-scale IT, strong problem solving, and agile collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design, deployment, and troubleshooting of complex IT systems.
• Experience migrating WebSphere to CloudPak and supporting Tomcat/NodeJS.
• Familiar with CMS audits (CMS 9/12) and JSM processes.
• Proficient in scripting/automation for monitoring and ops.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot WebSphere/Liberty/NodeJS/WebLogic environments.
• Provide on-call support and incident response for the stack.
• Assist with CMS 9/12 Audit activities and security patching.
