Job Description

As a Sr. IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for system and data analysis, creating STTs, data mapping, gathering requirements from business writing, and refining user stories for Guided Health.

You will utilize various delivery methodologies employed by Prime and assist in the communication interface between IT and the business community. Your role includes investigating, identifying, and documenting business application requirements and technical solutions based on applicable technologies within Prime, either for enhancing existing applications or developing new ones. You will provide work direction and guidance to less senior members of the Systems Analyst IT team.

Responsibilities

• Manage work direction, lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback within the team.
• Oversee execution of key strategic initiatives.
• Create and conduct logical design based on architectural reviews.
• Finalize and represent project work on behalf of the Systems Analyst IT team for estimation processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with relevant domain.
• At least 5 years of experience with system requirements and supporting key business applications.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Additional Qualifications

• GCP certification.
• SQL proficiency.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to receive work direction from leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI).
• Background in PBM/healthcare industry.
• Understanding of security implications.
• Interest in management and leadership roles.

Potential pay ranges from $81,000 to $138,000 based on experience and skills.
