Fanning Howey is seeking an experienced Sr. IT Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This position is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys being hands-on, solving complex technical issues, and helping employees make the most of the technology they use every day.
In this role, you will help ensure the security, reliability, and performance of Fanning Howey’s Microsoft 365, Active Directory, identity and access, and related technology environments. You’ll work independently and collaboratively with our IT team, employees across the firm, and external technology partners to support the systems that keep our business moving.
This is a full-time, hourly/non-exempt position with regular in-person attendance at the assigned Fanning Howey office. Some travel between company offices and occasional after-hours support for planned system needs or critical technology issues may be required.

Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), or Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) are preferred. Experience with PowerShell, Intune/endpoint management, Microsoft Defender, security and compliance tools, virtualization, backup/disaster recovery solutions, or hybrid cloud environments would also be valuable.
