You will support the PMO for secondary projects, maintain project reporting, and manage procurement for projects, while engaging in budget planning and leadership communications.

The role demands coordinating across global teams, strong English communication, and expertise in PLM/CAD environments to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business/IT/Engineering).
• 4–8 years of experience in information services/technology.
• 4–8 years of experience with project management.
• Experience with engineering IT projects; familiar with PLM and CAD systems.
• Knowledge of project finances including reporting.
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems and product lifecycle management.

The Sr. IT Project Manager (Engineering Systems - PLM/CAD) will drive all large software implementation and upgrade projects for Engineering Systems, support and provide PMO support for secondary projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive all large software implementation and upgrade projects for Engineering Systems - PLM, CAD
• Provide PMO support for secondary projects.
• Responsible for all project reporting
• Responsible for the PO creations for projects
• Participating in the budget process for projects
• Participating in the staff meetings as needed.
• Craft presentations for leadership
• Serve as point of contact for vendor relationships.
• Own cross-functional coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Information Technology or Engineering related field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience within information services/ technology
• 4 to 8 years of experience with project management
• Managed engineering IT projects; familiarity with PLM and CAD systems
• Knowledge of handling project finances including reporting
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and/ or enterprise resource planning systems
• Experience of running large-scale projects in multiple time zones
• Experience in managing groups and working in geographically diverse and multicultural environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication and demonstration skills in English
• Passionate problem-solver and possesses a strong desire to learn/ grow and collaborate.
