We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our expanding information technology team. This role is pivotal in supporting the ambitious growth objectives within the ever-evolving automotive sector. We are searching for a seasoned professional who has a proven track record in overseeing complex, cross-functional IT projects across various business domains and technological platforms.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the project lifecycle according to solution delivery methodology, covering Planning, Analysis, Design, Build, Test, and Deployment stages.
• Conduct sessions to gather facts with key business and IT personnel, analyzing current capabilities, defining solution requirements, evaluating feasibility, and outlining solution alternatives.
• Develop detailed project plans specifying goals, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
• Inspire and guide cross-functional project teams, promoting a cooperative and goal-driven climate.
• Manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives, focusing on cost control.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to avoid disruptions.
• Ensure clear, ongoing communication with all project stakeholders, regularly updating on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Implement communication plans to support solution adoption before, during, and after rollout.
• Uphold high-quality standards for project outputs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Direct change management efforts to smooth the integration of new technologies or processes.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and report financials to the executive team.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing project management best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in leading diverse project teams, including international resources.
• Previous roles in business analysis and project management within consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution settings.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and trends to uncover opportunities for business and technical solutions.
• Familiarity with major enterprise IT solutions like SAP, Hyperion, Salesforce.com, SuccessFactors, Qlik, or Business Objects is advantageous.
• Strong project management capabilities with exposure to robust methodologies.
• Experience in a PMO environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complex concepts into clear, actionable information.
• Independent, self-motivated learner with a quick grasp of new business areas and concepts.
• Adept at building relationships and collaborating across all organizational levels.
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• The role involves regular physical activity, including moving between buildings, and requires good auditory and verbal communication skills. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
