A Senior IT Project Manager is needed to lead large, complex IT programs across multiple workstreams, with accountability for successful business and technology outcomes. You will manage integrated delivery strategies, governance, and vendor relationships while mentoring other project managers to strengthen PMO delivery standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, MIS, PM, or related field.
• 9 years of PM/IT experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5 years of experience leading technology projects or programs.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and PM tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Experience with reporting/dashboard tools (Power BI) and enterprise systems (SharePoint, SAP).
• PMP/CAPM/Agile/Scrum or similar certification preferred.

• Anticipate and manage risks, issues, dependencies, constraints across operations, tech, vendors and resources.
• Navigate tradeoffs on scope, timing, budget, and value with sponsor and executive alignment.
• Serve as primary delivery leader for sponsors, business and technical leaders, vendors and executives.
• Lead governance, status reviews, escalations, and decision processes with clear visibility into performance and milestones.
• Manage project financials, forecasts, variances, vendor commitments, and contracts.
• Oversee change control, testing, deployment, training, and adoption activities.
• Manage strategic vendors and implementation partners to meet delivery commitments.
• Mentor junior PMs and raise PMO delivery standards via lessons learned.

Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large, complex, high-risk, or business-critical IT projects and programs from initiation through implementation and closure, with accountability for successful business and technology outcomes.
• Develop integrated delivery strategies, scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, governance approaches, and implementation plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Anticipate and manage complex risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints involving business operations, technology, vendors, finances, resources, and organizational readiness.
• Navigate significant tradeoffs involving scope, timing, resources, budget, risk, and business value while maintaining sponsor and executive alignment.
• Serve as the primary delivery leader for project sponsors, business leaders, technical leaders, vendors, and executive stakeholders, providing objective recommendations and decision support.
• Lead project governance, executive status reviews, escalation forums, and decision-making processes that provide clear visibility into performance, risks, milestones, financials, and business outcomes.
• Manage material project financials, forecasts, variances, vendor commitments, contracts, and resource strategies to support effective use of project investments.
• Lead complex change control, implementation, testing, deployment, training, transition, and adoption activities across affected business and technology groups.
• Manage strategic vendors, consultants, and implementation partners and ensure contractual obligations, delivery commitments, and performance expectations are met.
• Mentor project managers and project coordinators and use lessons learned from complex initiatives to strengthen PMO delivery standards and organizational execution capability.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field required. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, nine (9) years of relevant project management, program management, portfolio management, PMO, information technology, or related professional experience may be considered.

Years of Experience: 5 years of experience leading technology projects, programs, or large-scale business initiatives.

Software Knowledge: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required; strong experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet), reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI), SharePoint, and SAP or other enterprise business systems required.

Additional Requirements:

• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and business functions.
• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations, business transformation initiatives, infrastructure projects, ERP implementations, or similar large-scale efforts.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or operational business experience preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or comparable project management certification preferred.
