Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a project manager who will play a key role in the organization's transformation strategy, delivering best-practice planning and execution across the portfolio.

The project coordinator will provide strategic oversight for virtual health initiatives, engage business and clinical stakeholders, drive process and product optimization, and assist in BI and data visualization to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7-10 years project based work environment experience.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

The project management roles are key contributors in the development of the organization's transformation strategy and are responsible and accountable for delivering the best-practice approach designed to successfully plan and prepare for all aspects of project engagement, delivery and adoption within the assigned portfolio. They are accountable for the project objectives that drive transformation, customer experience, and other activities as assigned by the Director.

The project coordinator will provide strategic oversight over a program of aligned virtual health initiatives. The coordinator will engage business and clinical stakeholders, drive key imperatives, and delivery team, process, and product optimization. Additionally, the project coordinator will aid in the development of business intelligence and data visualization reporting to drive decision making. The role will be vital in the digital transformation and delivery of virtual care for CommonSpirit Health.

Essential Functions:
