Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Program Manager in Berkeley Heights, NJ (or Houston, TX) to lead the Innovation Portfolio, partnering with senior leadership including the COO and IT CIO to drive strategic initiatives and successful delivery of outcomes.

The role requires deep experience in modern enterprise architectures, APIs, microservices, data lakes, portals and digital platforms, and enterprise integration technologies, with a proven track record of leading large transformation

Responsibilities

• Manage the Innovation Portfolio and work with COO/CIO to drive strategic initiatives and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with IT Project Managers and technology teams to align execution and governance across the portfolio.
• Ensure interdependent initiatives are delivered while aligning with executive priorities and organizational objectives.

• Strong technology background with a good understanding of modern enterprise architectures and platforms, including:
• APIs
• Microservices
• Data Lakes
• Portals and Digital Platforms
• Related enterprise integration technologies
• The resource does not need to be a deep technical SME in these areas but should possess sufficient domain knowledge to effectively engage with business and technology stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive execution.
  
• The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the Innovation Portfolio and will work closely with senior leadership, including the COO and the IT CIO, to drive strategic initiatives and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
• The individual will also partner closely with the IT Project Managers and broader technology teams to coordinate execution, manage dependencies, drive governance, and ensure alignment across the portfolio.
• This is a highly visible and business-critical role. The Innovation Portfolio represents a key strategic investment area focused on modernizing platforms, accelerating innovation, improving operational efficiency, and enabling future business growth. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that multiple interdependent initiatives are delivered successfully while maintaining alignment with executive priorities and organizational objectives.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 a year
