Job summary

TK Elevator seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise software initiatives across Oracle ERP and related platforms. You will guide architecture, standards, and integration efforts to deliver scalable, resilient systems that align with business goals.

The role requires deep experience in Oracle modules, cloud technologies, and a proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Ten years of experience as a Solution Architect, including architecture design and deployment; lifecycle management; integrations.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and Oracle modules (Order Management/Supply Chain, Projects, Finance, Service & Field Services).

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level software solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable software within Oracle ERP and related platforms.
  • Establish development standards, best practices, and oversee complex integration efforts.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and application architecture.
  • Provide technical oversight across the software development lifecycle including code and architecture reviews.
  • Optimize performance and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Lead upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements with minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate resolutions with internal teams and vendors for high-severity issues.
  • Collaborate with product vendors to customize solutions for long-term scalability.

Who We Are Looking For
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Ten years of experience required as a Solution Architect, including any experience with: architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations; the design, development, and implementation of software systems in service, field, manufacturing, and shared services, along with accompanying integrations; aligning business requirements with IT solutions
  • The implementation and integration of cloud‑based technologies; Oracle eBS release 12.2.12, Oracle database and middleware products, Oracle frameworks, and Oracle modules (Order Management/Supply Chain, Projects, Finance, and Service & Field Services); API management tools
  • Working with outsourced service providers including estimating, monitoring work, problem‑solving, error corrections, and keeping projects on track;
  • Working with internal controls to ensure compliance of systems with group standards; performing requirements analysis and testing based on requirements; defining problem statements, analyzing process, system, data, and people issues, and presenting solution options for the requirement; and with defining and complying with processes to maintain high availability and stability of systems.

Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
